• passed and actually there are no business connections between our company [KW] engineering e. K. / TECMEN^® couplings and “Jiangsu Tecmen Transmission Equipment Co., Ltd.” in China
• this Chinese company is not entitled to carry the internationally registered brand name TECMEN^®
• supplies of this Chinese company are not covered by our technological and quality standards
• at no time any exchange with this Chinese company was held or took place.
